With over two decades of experience in education, leadership, and organizational strategy, Michael combines his expertise as an educator with a results-driven business mindset to guide CES toward sustainable growth and meaningful impact.

Renee Magee

Administrative Assistant

Renee brings 17 years of teaching experience along with extensive administrative leadership experience to her role at CES. She is known for her organization, communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. She is also passionate about supporting students, families, and school leaders. Renee thrives in mission-driven environments and enjoys creating systems and processes that help everyone flourish. In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and her two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Corgi. She loves the beach and all things flamingos!
