We begin new client relationships with an initial intake phone conference. With Capital Educational Solutions, there is never a fee for the introductory phone conference. Education is an individualized journey for each learner, specific to the needs of each child and their family.

 

During the initial phone consultation meeting, all service details, established fee rates, and service package options will be discussed. Any initial fees must be paid before services begin. The goal of the intake phone conference is to ensure that our services match your family's needs. 

 

After confirming that our services support your family's goals, we then schedule an in-person consultation with one of our team members. We look forward to partnering with you!
