Executive Function Coaching

Help students build the skills they need to feel more confident, organized, and successful in school and beyond.

Our individualized Executive Function Coaching supports K–12 students and adults who struggle with organization, time management, planning, focus, task initiation, working memory, and completing assignments. Coaches work alongside each student to develop practical strategies that fit their age, learning style, and individual needs.

Students learn how to:

  • Organize assignments, materials, and digital resources

  • Plan ahead and manage their time effectively

  • Break large projects into manageable steps

  • Start tasks with less frustration and procrastination

  • Stay focused and follow through on responsibilities

  • Prepare for tests and strengthen study habits

  • Build independence, self-awareness, and confidence

Our supportive, strengths-based approach is especially helpful for students with ADHD, learning differences, or other executive functioning challenges. Rather than simply completing work for students, we teach them repeatable strategies they can use independently at school, at home, and in everyday life.

Give students the tools to work smarter, reduce stress, and take greater ownership of their success.

Academic Guidance & Support

Every student deserves the right support to feel confident, capable, and successful in school.

Our Academic Guidance and Support services provide individualized help for K–12 students who need assistance with coursework, study habits, organization, motivation, or overall academic progress. We work with each student to identify their strengths, address areas of difficulty, and develop practical strategies for success.

Support may include:

  • Homework and assignment guidance

  • Study skills and test preparation

  • Organization and time-management strategies

  • Goal setting and progress monitoring

  • Support with challenging subjects

  • Building confidence and academic independence

  • Communication and collaboration with families

Our approach is encouraging, structured, and tailored to each student’s learning style and needs. Rather than simply helping students finish assignments, we focus on building the skills, habits, and confidence they need to become more independent learners.

With the right guidance and consistent support, students can reduce academic stress, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential.

Holistic Family &
Parent Coaching

Being a parent is hard, and being a parent with a student in school adds even more difficulty!

Parents and families of students are often addressing complex needs like balancing appropriate levels of involvement, navigating academically-related conflicts, and accepting students' choices. CES Holistic Coaching for Young Adults, Parents, and Families is a tool to support you through these, and other, challenging educational topics. Holistic coaching is a necessary option to fill the gap for parents and families.

The holistic coaching process:

  • builds strong intentions

  • develops purpose action

  • creates positive impacts on educational and personal goals

CES Holistic coaching has a forward-facing orientation with the goal of giving you a space to focus on yourself in body, mind, and spirit. The most common question you'll hear in holistic coaching is, 'what would be most helpful for you at this moment today in service to your own goals?'

The hope of holistic coaching is that through holding an intentional, curious presence, you will take steps toward the goals you develop for yourself as the parent and family of a student.
